- Negotiation of contracts – we help negotiate the relevant financing, restructuring and M&A contracts for our clients
- Sell-side M&A – we assist clients in selling parts or the whole of their operations
- Buy-side M&A – we help clients in “make or buy” decisions, analyse potential targets and partake in the necessary commercial due diligence and post merger integration tasks
- Transformation workshop – we offer clients a tailor-made workshop identifying transformation opportunities that result in a strategically sound development roadmap for their companies
