We enjoy good relationships with many banks. We are an accepted partner based on reliable creditor communication.We are efficient. We come in small, usually two member teams. Additional external resources which become necessary can be specifically dedicated to individual tasks. We have cooperated with many of the major law firms, auditors and M&A advisors. We want to reduce overall project cost.
We are experienced. All of us have excellent academic credentials, a broad experience and a proven track record. We have managed a wide variety of special situations. We have dealt with M&A situations, in which we pride ourselves to reach premium results for our clients by rigidly analysing the business models. We enjoy complexity which allows us to show our best performance and find innovative solutions.
